Duties
- Engage with both existing and potential clients through various communication channels, such as calls, messages, site visits, and emails.
- Identify and understand the specific needs of clients, proposing suitable solutions accordingly.
- Tailor solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Develop and nurture strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings or calls between clients and Management.
- Regularly report progress to Management on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and pricing updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client relations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry processes.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide solutions.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Clean driving record.
