Security Dispatcher

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and coordination within our organization.

Duties
- Communicate effectively with field personnel and management
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV and alarms
- Dispatch appropriate personnel in response to incidents or emergencies
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports
- Utilize loss prevention techniques to enhance security measures
- Handle conflict management situations professionally and efficiently

Qualifications
- Certificate or relevant training in dispatching, law enforcement, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation
- Strong understanding of surveillance systems and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stress situations
