Job Title: Security Site Supervisor - Residential Community

Job Description:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead our residential community security team in South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our residents and their properties, in compliance with South Carolina’s security regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and South Carolina security regulations.
- Develop and enforce security protocols and procedures, keeping in line with South Carolina’s legal requirements for Security Officers.
- Manage scheduling and deployment of security staff, ensuring compliance with state-mandated training and licensing requirements.
- Train security team on best practices, emergency response, customer service, and South Carolina’s specific security laws.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Manage and respond to security incidents, maintaining compliance with state reporting requirements.
- Keep precise records of security operations, including adherence to South Carolina’s documentation standards.
- Work with community management to address security concerns, offering advice and solutions that comply with state laws.
- Oversee the maintenance of security equipment in line with state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in security, ideally in a residential setting.
- Must possess a valid South Carolina Security Officer License, in accordance with SLED (South Carolina Law Enforcement Division) requirements.
- Strong leadership, management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of handling high-pressure situations in compliance with state laws.
- Familiarity with security systems and technology, as applicable in South Carolina.
- Knowledgeable in South Carolina’s legal guidelines for security and public safety.
- First Aid and CPR certifications preferred.
