Job Overview
We are a local Alarm Security company looking to expand our Team! Coastal Security Systems works with Customers to design the most effective security systems to meet their individual needs.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to enhance our market presence. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Create and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s objectives and market demands.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on business goals.
  • Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with software tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Some College education or the equivalent in experience is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Pay: $56,700.00 - $75,000.00 per year
