Responsibilities:
- Assist senior installers in the installation of interior and exterior window treatments, including shutters, blinds, and shades.
- Follow installation instructions and ensure all products are installed accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the sales team and customers to understand installation requirements and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any installation-related issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license.
