Responsibilities:
- Install a wide range of interior and exterior window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies, with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with our design and sales team to ensure accurate measurements and proper product selection.
- Conduct thorough pre-installation inspections to assess the site and identify any potential challenges or requirements.
- Follow established installation processes and guidelines to ensure a high-quality finished product.
- Safely handle and transport materials and equipment to installation sites.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns during installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or product malfunctions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including measurements, materials used, and any necessary follow-up.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the safety of yourself and others.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in exterior and/or interior window treatment installation or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different installation scenarios.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, climb roofs, and ladders, and work in various environments.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
