Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, enabling them to effectively meet client needs.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote products and services.
- Present product offerings to clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Locate Ongoing orders and finalizing orders.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Receive customer orders, troubleshoot supply chain issues, and solve those issues.
- Build a customer base in the pool industry.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software is a plus but not required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
