What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Coastal Telco Services?
· Answer incoming calls in prompt and professional manner.
· Provide information to customers regarding all aspects of their services and/or bills.
· Assist customers with trouble shooting Streaming TV service, add/remove services and answer questions about downloading our app.
· Prepare service orders for installs, disconnects, service changes for telephone, internet, and Streaming TV service.
· Handle incoming correspondence for Business Office regarding changes to customer accounts.
· Assist Customers at front counter with billing issues or setting up services.
· Handle directory changes and ensure accuracy.
· Key changes to customer accounts using USP Codes.
· Take credit card payments over phone and assist customers with online bill pay.
· Perform collection activities such as mailing disconnect notices, calling customers with unpaid balances and making payment arrangements.
Research billing for customers with billing issues.
Computer Experience required as well as efficiency with calculator/adding machine. Must be able to work in a busy atmosphere and work well with others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
