What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Assistant/Production Assistant position at Coastal Television Broadcasting Company LLC?
Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative services/production assistant to work for our television stations: KFNB, KGWC, KTWO, and KWYF. This is a great opportunity to break into the television business and no experience is needed!
What you’ll do
- Download national commercials and promotions and input the information into our systems.
- Check that spot advertisements are created and accurately uploaded to the computer system free from errors.
- Creating station promos.
- Upload daily newscasts to corporate.
- Assist with behind-the-scenes news duties as directed.
- Respond to requests from other members of the production team.
- Ensure all production team members have everything they need to perform their jobs.
- Operate office equipment and other office duties to support broadcasts.

- Familiarity with the Adobe Suit is a plus!
- Experience is optional because we will train the right candidate. An internship in television or related field is preferred.
- You should be willing to learn and be trained.
