What you’ll do
Content Creation
- Write engaging, client-focused scripts for television and digital commercials.
- Plan, shoot, and direct video productions, ensuring the highest quality visuals and audio.
- Edit raw footage into polished final products using industry-standard software.
- Design and execute creative concepts tailored to client needs and branding goals.
Client Collaboration
- Meet with clients to understand their objectives, target audiences, and branding requirements.
- Develop creative briefs and concepts that align with client expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and exceptional service.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, including videographers, editors, and production staff.
- Assign and oversee projects to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative environment that encourages idea-sharing and professional growth.
Production Oversight
- Oversee all stages of production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery.
- Ensure all commercials and digital content meet technical specifications and branding guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, tools, and techniques in video production and digital marketing.
Project Management
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Provide regular updates to clients and station leadership on project status and deliverables.
Who you are
- Experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and scriptwriting.
- Proficiency in video production equipment (cameras, lighting, sound) and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and trends in online video content.
- Exceptional scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and clients with ease.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional work and exceeding client expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
