Position Summary: Reporting to the CEO, Coastal is seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Florida market. This role will focus on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth in our concrete restoration and painting project sectors.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales and business development plan to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, contractors, and industry partners.
- Work with project estimators to prepare and present project proposals, bids, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine business strategies.
- Represent Coastal at industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to company leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and business development in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of concrete restoration and painting services in Florida.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and willingness to travel within the state as needed.

Location: This position works onsite in our HQ office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and involves some travel to potential clients.
Compensation and Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt position. The annual base salary is anticipated to be $85,000-95,000, plus commission. A competitive benefits package, PTO and 401K are included.
