DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for handling real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Assist in creating pre-CDFs.
- Communication with clients to assist the preparation of CD's, ALTA's and other closing documents.
- Inform appropriate parties of the closing date set by the lender.
- Ensure funds are receipted and disbursed in file balance.
- Request commitment revisions: revise title work as permitted.
- Process and complete all documents associated with Buy-Side transactions.
- Prepare all lender documents.
- Review lender closing instructions for critical information; communicate to the closing officer.
- Read and comprehend requirements of title commitments, purchase agreements and addendums.
- Gathering of documents and completion of time sensitive tasks.
- Provides administrative support associated with preparing loan packages for transfer to the purchasing financial institution including auditing documents, depositing funds, recording transactions, and reconciling files
- Strong familiarity with lender portals and Closing Disclosure Forms. Understand and comply with TRID regulations.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSING
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some college preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in the title industry including a basic understanding of title
- Real Estate experience strongly preferred.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
