We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with contractors, plumbers, and other industry professionals to grow sales, increase market share, and meet revenue goals. This position combines your knowledge of plumbing products with a passion for customer service and the drive to achieve sales excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and engage potential new clients, including plumbing contractors, builders, and commercial accounts, to expand the customer base.
- Present and promote products and services to customers, demonstrating a clear understanding of their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
- Assist clients with product selection, pricing, and order placement while ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Visit customers’ job sites, offices, and other locations as necessary to build relationships and provide hands-on support.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Outside sales, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC, or fire suppression industry. (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression systems, supplies, and related products is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory regularly.
