Duties
- Perform comprehensive lawn care services, including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding.
- Maintain and irrigate lawns to ensure optimal health and appearance.
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming, and weeding.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Assist in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements.
- Monitor plant health and address any pest or disease issues promptly.
- Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or lawn care is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with various power tools used in landscaping work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
