Your Role:
The Maintenance Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of a waste management facility. This position involves coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities to support the functionality and reliability of equipment and vehicles. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and track work orders
- Assist with inventory management for maintenance supplies and equipment
- Communicate with technicians and management to prioritize maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and reporting
- Support the overall efficiency of the maintenance department
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a maintenance or administrative role, preferably within the waste management or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer software and maintenance management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Shifts may vary, 40 hours per week (overtime available)
