Your Role:
As an Operations Specialist, you’ll drive operational efficiency and contribute to the team’s overall success through strategic oversight and collaboration.
- Partner with operating teams to review dispatch functions and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with local teams to manage operational purchases outside of maintenance needs.
- Conduct audits for refunds, adjustments, tickets, purchasing agreements, and routing on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with operational supervisors to create and implement action plans for daily functions.
- Partner with customer service to audit residential, commercial, and industrial accounts.
- Review contracted agreements as needed to ensure scope of work and billing compliance.
