Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for driving financial analysis and providing strategic recommendations that support the organization’s financial goals. Your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and planning processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis
- Monitoring and analyzing key financial metrics to assess the financial health of the organization
- Assisting in the preparation of financial presentations for executive management and board of directors
- Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree a plus
- 5-7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using Excel or other analytical tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with cross-functional teams and collaborative relationships
- Knowledge of Workday Adaptive is a plus
