Compensation and Benefits:

· Salary range $42k , eligible for bonus after successful probationary period

Position Summary:

· The Wildlife Technician is responsible for servicing clients’ trapping and exclusion needs, as well as maintaining Coastal Wildlife’s superior customer service standards. This includes keeping in constant contact with clients, updating them on the progress of work, scheduling appointments and keeping all commitments.

Required Skills:

· Independence: Technician can perform reasonable job duties without assistance and keep in contact with clients without prompting from management.

· Efficiency: Technician performs jobs with skill and precision to ensure clients are taken care of in a timely manner.

· Excellent Communication: Technician must communicate clearly with clients regarding job status, next expected service date, and appointment times. Technician must also provide job status details to office after every visit. Written communication skills required for forms, email, and spreadsheet updates.

· Organization: Technician can plan routes and job strategies in a way that ensures maximum productivity. Company vehicles are kept organized, job waste is removed at first opportunity and tools are properly maintained.

· Reliability: Technician is counted on to keep commitments made to clients, to be punctual and to go above and beyond to ensure work is of a standard of quality that reflects well on Coastal Wildlife.

· Resourcefulness: Technician can find solutions to unusual problems and is willing to invest effort into managing circumstances that arise outside the scope of routine job duties.

· Willingness to Learn: Technician must be open to expanding their skill set and duties to better provide world class service to clients.

· World Class Customer Service: Technician is the face of Coastal Wildlife and must make taking care of the client's needs top priority. This includes providing detailed communication as well as superior workmanship.

Duties:

· Perform wildlife removal services: trapping, live capture, etc.

· Provide exclusion and home repair services at company direction

· Schedule and communicate with clients and the office

· Be active and solution-oriented when dealing with client concerns/complaints

· Maintain a positive, cooperative relationship with other Technicians and company personnel

· Maintain a high level of customer service with all clients

Candidates must:

· Have a valid driver’s license

· Pass a company ordered drug screen, criminal background check and driving record/MVR check

· High School Diploma required

· Competency with basic hand and power tools reequired.

· Ability to carry loads of 75lbs. Ability to perform ladder work and adhere to safety standards.

Job specific training will be provided to quality candidates regardless of experience level.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
