Job Summary
The Sanitation Personnel will use chemicals to disinfect surfaces, sanitize all components of our food production and processing equipment, and remove waste along assembly lines or prep workstations. They will clean floors and be responsible for the disposal of all trash generated by the grab and go team.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Use approved chemicals to clean and sanitize equipment, table, floors, and walls.
Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble food processing equipment.
Dispose of waste along assembly lines and prep workstations.
Maintain clean floors.
Dispose of all trash generated by the grab and go team.
Document and maintain daily and weekly sanitation plans.
Education Required :
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience Required :
At least one year of sanitation experience
Technical Skills and Abilities :
Must be able to effectively perform in a multi-tasking environment with frequent interruptions.
Able to work in a group setting.
Able to work alone.
Strong organization and active listening skills.
Physical Demands :
