Plant Operations Director
As the Plant Operations Director, you will be responsible for supervising skilled and semi-skilled workers, managing personnel involved in security and safety, and assisting in the maintenance of buildings and grounds. This full-time, day shift opportunity offers 40 hours per week and full benefits.
Coastal Harbor Health System is comprised of a 145-bed hospital for children and adolescents, providing both short- and long-term inpatient care, and a 50-bed inpatient hospital serving men and women, ages 18 and up. We offer compassionate patient care to those who need it the most, serving not only local patients, but also those located across the country.

Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- Receive and oversee work orders from various departments; check building periodically denoting equipment needing repairs, or repairs needed on building and grounds; receive work orders for minor building renovation, remodeling, or minor building construction projects.
- Plan work schedules; assist and ensure that the maintenance of the building and grounds are repaired and kept clean; ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
- Perform or supervise preventive maintenance and maintain all records on utilities and equipment items; coordinate all activities with outside vendor contracts; ensure continued facility operations in event of power outages, work stoppage, and / or loss of communication.
