What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Coastline Burgers (Redmond)?
Coastline Burgers is a fast-casual restaurant serving amazing burgers, and we're hiring for our Redmond location!
As a Shift Leader you assist the in the operation of the store and will work closely with the Store Manager to keep our stores performing at a high level, providing leadership to the Crew position during daily operations. In addition to being adept at all stations in the restaurant, Key holders have additional responsibilities including, helping in the training of new employees, and coaching Crew members.

Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching and motivating others to perform at their best
- Opening and/or closing the restaurant
- Food Preparations
- Grilling, frying, & building burgers on house made buns
- Making Milkshakes and serving beer
- Maintain a clean restaurant
- Completing daily checklist
- Maintaining excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills
- Becoming an expert in all positions
- Showing up on time, maintaining an excellent attitude and motivating team to do the same
- Maintaining current policies, procedures, and systems
- Upholding Food quality and Safety procedures
- Directing crew to help achieve an exceptional guest experience
- Responsible Person-In-Charge in the Store managers is absence
Qualifications
- Previous experience in supervisor role at a high-volume restaurant preferred, Looking for a candidate who wants additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities in a growing company
- Flexible schedule available days, nights, and weekends preferred
- Must have strong leadership skills and abilities.
- Ability to manage, lead, train, and develop people
- Strong communication skills
- Must be dependable, reliable, and motivated.
- Must be outgoing, personable, and reliable with a strong sense of hospitality.
- Valid food handlers permit & M.A.S.T
- Must be at least 18 years old
