We are seeking a driven and professional Business Development Trainee to assist our growing consumer base to assist in product inquiries, answering questions, and finalizing the sales process through to delivery. The Business Development Trainee will put you at the frontline with our client’s consumers; being a people-person is imperative to our professional outreach strategies.

Daily Responsibilities of the Business Development Trainee:
- Present our client’s products and services in-person to each customer in a retail store setting to directly communicate potential sales opportunities
- Utilize negotiation skills throughout the sales process with both existing and potential customers through direct, in person communication methods
- Customize product recommendations to each customer to increase satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Build and maintain relationships with customers until product/service is delivered
- Work with other entry-level and upper-level Business Development Representatives to ensure ultimate success with current knowledge, market trends, and compliance requirements
Business Development Trainee Candidate Qualities:
- Customer service background and strong communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience in an Account Management, Business Development Representative, Sales and/or Leadership role is preferred
- A strong work ethic and drive for ultimate success
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- The desire for growth and hunger for knowledge throughout the entry-level
- Results-driven mentality
