Coastline Contracting is looking for a skilled Fine Grade Operator to join our growing team! If you’re an experienced operator with a sharp eye for detail, pride in precision, and a strong work ethic — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate heavy equipment such as motor graders, skid steers, and bulldozers for fine grading
- Read and interpret site plans, grades, and stakes
- Ensure all grading is performed to precise specifications and elevations
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete sitework efficiently
- Maintain equipment with care and report any mechanical issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of fine grading experience
- Proficient with grading for curb, gutter, sidewalks, and paving
- Familiarity with GPS and laser grading systems is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to safety

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
