We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction projects, particularly in the Grading & Paving industry. The Superintendent will oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Duties
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schematics
- Manage project budgets and expenses effectively
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the Grading & Paving industry
- Familiarity with pipeline construction projects is a plus
- Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
