Office Assistant (Part-Time)

We have an immediate part-time opening for you at Coastline! You'd work closely with our People, our Clients and our Vendors to help push Coastline ahead every single day. This is a newly formed role that could develop into Full-Time when the time is right for you.
What We Do (Big Picture):
We keep businesses operating at full speed across the state of Florida. We call ourselves the HERO of Food Service Operations. We keep the following segments operational on a daily basis:
- Healthcare and Medical
- Convenience Stores and Supermarkets
- Schools, Colleges and Universities
- Restaurants and Bars
- Hotels and Resorts
- United States Military
You'd assist our Ops Team execute at a high level. We try to play to your strengths by designing work scope around your unique set of skills... but tasks could include the following:
- Finding creative ways to get answers and solving lingering problems!
- Customer Service
- Scheduling
- Invoicing
Basic Qualifications:
- Magnetic Personality (People feed off your energy!)
- Natural Problem Solver (There is a solution to every problem!)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to quickly navigate computer programs.
Preferred Schedule:
- We win the morning to win the day! So a start Time of 7:30-9am is preferred.
- Up to 5 days per week.
- At least 20 hours per week.
