Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint using various techniques including brush application.
- Mix paints and other materials according to specifications to achieve desired colors and finishes.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely while performing painting tasks.
- Assemble components as needed for specific projects, ensuring all parts are properly painted and finished.
- Collaborate with team members on construction painting projects, providing input on design and color choices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly after use.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
