Position Overview : The Precision Solutions Territory Manager is a key role within Coastline Equipment, responsible for driving sales, rentals, and training of TopCon and John Deere Precision Construction GPS, Laser, and Optical equipment for our Las Vegas Territory. This position is crucial for expanding our market presence, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of precision solutions that align with Coastline Equipment's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales and Rental Management : Promote and sell new and used TopCon and John Deere Precision Construction GPS, Laser, and Optical equipment within a defined territory, achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Customer Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to support their construction projects.
- Product Expertise : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all equipment features, benefits, and competitive landscape to effectively position Coastline Equipment's offerings in the market.
- CRM Utilization : Manage and update all customer information and sales activities within the CRM system to ensure accurate sales tracking and reporting.
- Market Analysis : Monitor competitive activities and market trends, collaborating with management to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Event Coordination : Assist in planning and executing customer events, demonstrations, and field presentations to showcase equipment capabilities and foster customer engagement.
- Training and Support : Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operation and maintenance of precision equipment, ensuring they maximize the value of their investments.
- Operational Excellence : Maintain assigned equipment and company vehicle, ensuring they are in excellent condition and ready for customer interactions and field demonstrations.
