- Engage with members and potential members through branch activities, promotions, and in-store presence to build membership and increase branch awareness.
- Achieve personal sales goals by cross-selling financial products and services tailored to member needs.
- Open new accounts/memberships, process loan applications, process transactions and perform account maintenance with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional member service, maintaining a positive attitude to build and sustain strong relationships.
- Assist with audits, balancing of ATM, and maintain vault security.
- Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a comparable financial position. Credit union experience is strongly preferred. Two (2) years of experience in a sale and service-based position.
