Your Responsibilities as a Teller:

Your Responsibilities as a Teller:
- Operates a cash drawer/cash dispensing machine on all types of teller transactions. Verifies completeness of all documentation and enters transaction in terminal.
- Balances cash at established times and balances entries to the system and prepares transmittal of work according to daily procedures. Understands opening and closing procedures and handles all member account inquiries.
- Responsible for meeting individual monthly, referral goals. Utilizes appropriate cross servicing techniques to provide potential/current members information regarding credit union products and services in a professional and courteous manner.
- Experience/Education: High school diploma or equivalency required. One year of cash handling experience, six months of customer service and sales experience preferred.
- Autonomous Thinker: Exhibit the ability to work independently, coupled with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
