Line Operator- CFS

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing facility. As a Line Operator, you will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assembly line machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Fabricate components as needed using hand tools and power tools.
• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and products to identify any issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory environment.
• Utilize forklifts for the movement of materials when necessary.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
