Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our team in the MANUFACTURING industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient production of pillow products while adhering to industry standards and regulations. This position requires a strong commitment to safety practices and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Fabricate and assemble products while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Sanitate work areas and equipment regularly to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor production processes for efficiency and quality, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in training sessions on equipment operation, and other relevant topics.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sewing is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining individual accountability.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by production demands.

Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
