Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of quality control processes, industry regulations, and precision measuring instruments. The Quality Assurance Analyst will work closely with various departments to implement quality assurance protocols and conduct thorough inspections.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and CGMP standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines to assess product specifications.
- Analyze data from quality control processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including procedures and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Train staff on quality assurance practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CGMP regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience conducting quality audits and inspections is highly desirable.
Schedule
- Sunday - Tuesday 6pm to 6am and Wednesday 12am to 6am off on Thurs-Sat

Pay: $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
