Position Summary
We are looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant (English/Spanish) to provide high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel
- Draft and translate communications, presentations, and reports in English and Spanish
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Translate and interpret during meetings or calls, as needed
- Support logistics for executive meetings and company events
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Assist with administrative functions related to HR, operations, and reporting
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
- Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in an industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
