Our services, funded through the Tri-Counties Regional Center, focus on Supported Living Services that promote independence, skill development, and community integration.
As an extension of SAGE Services in Ventura County, CA, Coastline Services continues the tradition of excellence established since 2007. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of the individuals we support, ensuring they achieve their fullest potential and thrive within their communities.
Available Schedules:
- Sundays-Thursdays 9:00am-5:00pm (full-time)
- Saturdays 3:00pm-11:00pm (part-time)
- Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays 9:00am-9:00pm (full-time)
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid California Driver’s License, current automobile insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to/from work and throughout scheduled shifts.
- Clean DMV driving history report.
- Negative alcohol/drug screening in accordance with California law.
- Clears and maintains Department of Justice background clearance.
Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Coaches. As a Support Coach, you will play a crucial role in assisting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

Position Responsibilities may Include but are not limited to:
- Provides training and empowerment for skill building, maintaining learned skills, and meeting individualized goals using a person-centered approach
- Medication support
- Creating meaningful schedules, promoting important activities for the person served, attending classes/events/activities, and creating community connections
- Money management training and support
- Health and wellness support, including personal hygiene/grooming, promoting dignity and respect, grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, cleaning, organizing, and following behavioral intervention plans
- Overnight support to ensure health, safety, and stability, including awake support during awake hours and sleep support when the person served is asleep *Not required for daytime/evening schedules
- Training and professionalism
