Job Summary:
Have a BLAST at work! We are a well-established Powder Coating company seeking an Experienced Powder Coater and Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various technical tasks and possess a desire to learn the ins and outs of a manufacturing business as you coat, blast, spray and utilize the ability to maintain exceptional quality control. Experience welcomed, but not necessary. Be willing to learn.
Duties:
- Utilize power tools to perform tasks such as drill, pneumatic tools and more. Handle materials with care and precision using forklifts (we can handle your certification) and other equipment. Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in all work- Lift up to 50 lbs with help
Adapt to warm and cool temperatures in work environment
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments
- Ability to operate equipment; air hose, move hanging racks; hang metal pieces
- Familiarity with forklift operation

We are seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and operating various tools and equipment in a warehouse setting.
Duties:
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently using power tools and hand tools.
- Fabricate parts to meet production requirements.
- Operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not necessary.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools preferred, but not necessary.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude to understand machinery operations.
