We have a solid record of growing people's skills and are always looking for team members who show strong learning skills and growth potential.The Elementary Social Studies Curriculum Editor will be responsible for editing and repurposing content : Repurposing existing activities to cover standards in new statesReviewing content to ensure that it clearly covers standards and is factually accurateStreamlining current content to remove redundant information and quickly cover each standardCreating cohesive content for all of the various components of the elementary social studies programsEnsuring that content is grade-level friendly and accessible to studentsAdhering to TCI’s style guidelines and project parametersRequirementsStrong pedagogical knowledge of elementary educationExperience editing elementary-level curriculumExperience aligning content to state standardsExperience in the K-5 ClassroomThe pay range for this position is between $28.00 to $38.00 / hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related experience, skills, and location.
