Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive impactful field marketing strategies and execute engaging, high-performance events and lead our out of home sponsorships for a rapidly growing tech scaleup. This role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer with experience in executing large industry events, conferences, and webinars. You’ll work closely with our sales and business development teams to develop integrated field marketing programs that accelerate sales cycles, enhance brand visibility, and increase pipeline generation. You will execute flagship events like Snowflake Summit, Data & AI Summit, and Big Data London to support smaller, more targeted customer events, while also running our webinar program. This role will also be in charge of the direction of our own conference move(data). We are looking for an individual that wants to directly influence our growth, and oversee our multi-million events budget.
In this strategic yet hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for developing, measuring, and optimizing field marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall sales pipeline and revenue goals. With a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, ABM strategies, and a passion for creative, high-impact marketing, you will play a key role in executing campaigns, managing logistics, and reporting on performance. What You'll Do
- Event Strategy & Planning
Lead the strategic planning and execution of events across all segments, including trade shows, webinars, and other events.
End-to-end management of logistics and execution for all planned events; help shape event themes, work with outside vendors, oversee fulfillment / inventory levels, manage events’ sales staffing.
Evaluate all event campaigns’ impact and ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment.
