As we prepare to launch in South Florida, we are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Market Manager to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts in this exciting new chapter.
Position Summary: The South Florida Market Manager will oversee the sales, marketing, and distribution strategies for our ultra-premium tequila brand in the South Florida market. This role will lead all efforts to launch, grow, and drive sales in one of the most competitive and influential regions for premium agave spirits. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the South Florida market, a strong network within the spirits industry, and a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with high-end consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive market strategy for the launch and growth of the ultra-premium tequila brand in South Florida. Collaborate with ownership to tailor the brand’s presence to a list of key accounts.
- Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth through effective sales management and customer engagement. Work closely with distributors, retailers, and on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, luxury hotels etc.) to ensure the tequila is prominently featured and positioned.
- Brand Awareness & Promotion: Lead the creation and execution of ad campaigns, influencer partnerships, and promotional events aimed at building brand awareness and generating consumer excitement around the launch.
- Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including high-end retailers, luxury hospitality establishments, and influential local partners. Ensure alignment with brand values and premium positioning in every account.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with owners to coordinate efforts across all touchpoints, ensuring a seamless experience for consumers and partners.
- Event & Activation Planning: Plan and execute exclusive tastings, staff trainings, launch events, and other consumer-facing experiences to engage key target audiences, including VIPs and high-net-worth individuals.
Market Insights & Reporting: Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and adjust strategies accordingly. Regularly report on KPIs, sales targets, and campaign performance to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in luxury brands
- Experience managing distributors and ample off-premise experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, and off premise account management
- Excellent copywriting, research, and budgeting abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
