Cobalt Health and Wellness is seeking a Contract Dentist to provide dental services to the inpatient population at the Waco Center for Youth.
We are a well established Denver based company that provides healthcare staffing to Government and Commercial clients throughout the US.
Scope of Work:
Scope of Services to be Performed The required services to be provided are Dental Services for the inpatient population at the Waco Center for Youth (WCY).
Provide HHSC with the following service(s), as applicable, to patients of the Facility:
Provide dental exams, consults, x-rays, general dentistry/restorative services including all preventative procedures, tooth extractions, surgical and non-surgical root canal therapy, direct and indirect restorations, fixed and removable prosthetics/devices, dental implant restorations, deep scaling root planning, crown lengthening, biopsies, and pathology evaluations.
Licensed Dentist will provide services including, but not limited to, providing and reviewing annual exams, evaluations, consultations, and specific dental treatment as appropriate to the client(s).
Contractor’s facility shall be located within 15 miles of Waco Center for Youth.
Service Location(s) HHS, at its sole discretion, with a 30 days’ advance written notice, reserves the right to change, consolidate, delete or add service locations.

Clinical Requirements:
1) A graduate of an ADA approved dental school
2) An current dental license in TX
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $90.00 per hour
