Lead Field Manager role at a well-established HVAC Contractor, specializing in installations of heating systems for large scale commercial buildings. Working closely with the Foreman, this is a on-site management position, which will assume responsibility for multiple $10M - $25M projects, including new construction, retrofits, CHP and boiler installations, and repairs.
Location : Projects throughout NYC and the five boroughs
125,000 - 170,000 base salary car allowance, benefits, bonus
Job overview : Manage installation and boiler repair projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee installation crews and subcontractors to ensure project quality, efficiency and completion
- Execute installations according to construction documents (drawings, specs, manuals)
- Attend site meetings with Architects, Customers, Engineers and City Agencies
- Consult with design engineers and subcontractors to assist in planning and organizing
- Establish and maintain excellent client relationships
- Train customers on equipment operation upon completion of the project
