Key Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates for architectural and structural projects.
- Review project bid documents and plans to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform trade take-offs and unit cost analysis to quantify subcontractor prices.
You will also work closely with the Chief Estimator to prepare conceptual estimates and provide backup support for estimates during analysis and review.
