Director of Water Infrastructure Projects

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and funding, ensuring alignment with financial goals and compliance.
• Lead high-level contract negotiations and partnerships, securing optimal business outcomes.
• Oversee project progress, timelines, and quality, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Identify potential risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate financial, operational, or regulatory issues.
• Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, customers, and strategic partners.
• Ensure all projects adhere to legal and regulatory requirements while managing contracts and documentation.
• Lead change initiatives and course corrections to keep projects on track and within scope

Location : Austin, Texas

Compensation : $190K - $240K (plus benefits and performance-based bonus)
