Position Overview
The Systems Integration Lead is responsible for orchestrating the integration of the Cobalt technology stack across partner companies and achieving go-live schedules through effective training, stakeholder communication, and change management practices. Success enables Cobalt’s partner companies to leverage the full potential of the integrated technology stack.
Responsibilities
Manage the integration progress of the Cobalt technology stack:
- Ownership of periodic (weekly) status reports detailing integration milestones, KPIs, and challenges
- Timely identification and escalation of integration issues impacting the go-live schedule
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology stack playbook
Manage relationships with integration partners:
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Cobalt and implementation partners to ensure alignment on integration goals
- Coordinate training schedules and all necessary communication between key stakeholders, including material covered during training sessions and related follow-ups
- Drive implementation of OpCo-specific functionalities into ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct, and Inova as needed
- Identification and implementation of improvements to increase integration efficiency and/or effectiveness
- Resolve all functionality requests between end-users and support teams
Maintain proper cross-system linking:
- Confirm and maintain proper linking between ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct, and Inova across all integration processes; identify and resolve linking issues affecting data consistency and operational workflows
- Create a thorough catalog of common linking issues and FAQs with steps to resolve
- Alignment of Cobalt Taxonomy standards across systems for accurate reporting across OpCos
- Define integration paths and types between ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct, and Inova
- Define the data and events that are integrated and shared between these tools
Ideal candidate
- 2-6 years of experience in systems integration, preferably in a PE-backed or highly acquisitive environment
- Strong background in ERP implementations and integrations
- Experience with field service management software and operational technology (ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, etc.)
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-system integration projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Change management expertise
- Technical architecture and systems design knowledge
