Cobb & Co's Veterinary Student Externship / Preceptorship is for 1st to 4th year students currently enrolled in an accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program.
We utilize your application, experience, and interests to tailor a 2-week to 2-month externship or preceptorship program to your wants and needs. We are strongly committed to mentorship and offer a hands-on, immersive learning experience. This includes history-taking, case work-up and management, communications, and leadership.
As a privately-owned clinic, we can also help you to learn about practice ownership, business management, and finance, if that's something you're interested in.
