Cobb County Toyota's Body Shop is hiring for a FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Job Responsibilities: Receptionist
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate multi-line switchboard
- Receive and record payments
- Accounts Receivable duties
- Accurately record and distribute messages
- Prepare documents for filing and scanning
- Scan and catalog digitized documents
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements: Receptionist
- Experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while still maintaining accuracy
- Must be diligent and punctual
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
