Job Description
We have been in business since 2007 and are looking to add a great new team member to our growing commercial insurance department. Active insurance license with 3 years prior experience working in an insurance agency. Prior commercial lines with an independent insurance agency can be a plus. Come grow with our unique company culture and great work atmosphere. Salary based on experience. Open to training the right person for the position with prior insurance experience with another agency and willing to learn commercial lines.

Responsibilities
- Process policy changes.
- Billing inquiries.
- Review and process renewals.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- 3 years prior insurance experience is required.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Work well in team atmosphere.
- Strong phone skills and etiquette.
Salary : $48,000 - $52,000
