Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Warmly greet clients as they enter the office and assist them in addressing their queries promptly.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of client meetings, ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities.
Document Handling: Organize, manage, and file documents, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Client Communication: Maintain open and friendly lines of communication with all clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
Office Management: Assist in the maintenance of a tidy and welcoming front office environment.
Support Team Members: Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth flow of information and excellent client service.

Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles in an insurance setting is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
