Who is Cobblestone?
We are a National Property Management Company who specialize in 55( ) Mobile home community management. We are currently managing multiple properties across Florida. We are searching for a highly motivated, flexible and hands on Activities Coordinator for our Osprey Bay Community.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who is flexible with great communication and customer service skills. Duties include but are not limited to:
Create and plan activities, outings and events in various settings.
Create and oversee the implementation of activities for the community
Collaborate with Management to schedule and coordinate activities
Update Community Calendar
Provide content for Monthly Newsletter
Update Mobile App
Create and Update Sign up sheets for events
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
Salary : $16 - $18
