What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufactured Home Salesperson position at Cobblestone Assets?
This is your opportunity to join the thriving Manufactured Home industry and work for an amazing and exciting TEAM. This is not your typical desk job. You will be showing homes and touring customers looking to purchase a New or Pre-owned Manufactured Home in one of our Beautiful 55 Resort Communities.
Job Duties will include:
- Showcasing homes, highlighting the features and benefits of the homes and the community to potential buyers.
- Communicate with potential buyers using our innovative CRM Lead Management System which provides you with your leads.
- Keep track of your weekly tours, upcoming appointment and Hot Leads
- Complete Sales and Listing Contracts
- Walk home inventory daily to ensure homes show to their best potential
- Work with community manager, sales manager, marketing and the rest of the TEAM to achieve common TEAM goals
Experience & skills you need:
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service or Sales Experience required
- TEAM player, works with community manager, sales manager and marketing teams
- Strong communication skills required
- Organizational Skills
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Computer Skills
Compensation
- $30,000-$36,000 annual compensation depending on experience plus generous commission structure and bonus
Real estate license is NOT required.
