What You'll Do :
- Quickly greet customers and evaluate their automotive service needs
- Suggest additional automotive services based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle inspection to increase ticket size.
- Offer additional services offered by other departments
- Perform oil & lube vehicle services as assigned by management including tire rotation, multi-point inspections, and changing and / or adding automotive fluids.
- Follow established guidelines and procedures when performing any services.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Adheres to ALL established safety regulations
- Finds business at the site during slower times
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
